Of the quarter of a billion emails filtered by Comodo ASG, more than 175 million were found to be spam and over 1.2 million viruses were blocked by ASG. With Comodo ASG, IT Administrators and Directors can add users and domains, define user-groups and user permissions, configure mail blacklists and whitelists, and manage quarantined emails. Comodo Antispam Gateway uses the Mail Exchange records in a company domain’s Domain Name Server to direct all email to Comodo’s Antispam Gateway first. This intercepts an organization’s spam and virus-laden email before it reaches the corporate mail server. Messages which are clean, or whose senders are whitelisted, are then passed to the original mail server address and on to the organization’s email users. Messages flagged as spam can also be reviewed by users at any time.
